We translate stool tests into food you can actually buy.

Test to Table exists because lab reports tell you what's wrong without telling you what to do about it. We close that gap with phased, research-grounded food protocols.

What Test to Table does

You upload the GI-MAP, Genova GI Effects, or Biomesight report you already paid for. Our engine reads the markers on it — the bacteria, enzymes, and inflammation signals your report flags but does not explain — and builds a phased 6-week food protocol with exact quantities, marker-by-marker explanations, and a grocery list you can send straight to Instacart or Kroger.

We do not sell test kits, supplements, or meal plans. The product is the translation layer between the lab result you already have and the food decisions you make every day.

How the protocols are built

Grounded in peer-reviewed research

Every marker-to-food mapping in our protocol database is built on published clinical research linking specific markers (like low Akkermansia or high Methanobrevibacter) to specific dietary interventions. Where the evidence is thin, we say so rather than overstate it.

Deterministic, not improvised

Protocols come from a curated database of food prescriptions per marker and direction — not from a model free-associating about your health. AI is used to read your PDF and personalize presentation; the underlying food-and-dose mappings are authored and versioned.

Phased over 6 weeks

Each protocol moves through Remove, Build, and Sustain phases, because resetting a gut is a sequence, not a shopping list. Conflicting marker recommendations are resolved in a defined priority order.

Content review and editorial standards

Library pages are updated whenever the underlying research changes. If you find an error on any page, email [email protected] and we will correct it.

What we are not: Test to Table is not a medical service and our protocols are not prescriptions. They are dietary suggestions generated from your lab results. Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or supplement regimen — especially if you are pregnant, immunocompromised, or managing a diagnosed condition.
